1:30pm Map. Always something going on.


A look at who is reporting what and the Upper Heights.


That PV dropping to Hudson Bay is pushing everything south and not allowing any ridge to pop north in the U.S. That Upper Low over the Pacific isn't helping either.


Note where its snowing and where its raining.







Here's same map with current temps. Only spot above normal is California and South of the front in Florida. Central Texas is 20-25 below normal
