39c with strong sunshine and a southwesterly breeze that felt like hairdryer. It happened in August 2013.

It was actually pretty nice, and driving a bike in those conditions was pretty comfortable, although my eyes got dry very quickly.

37.8C in August 1994. I don't remember it clearly because I was only twelve y.o.

36.0C in July 2010 - Simply, I couldn't breathe in such air, couldn't eat nor do anything else.

Do saunas still count? 120C (248F) then. Outside temps 38-40C in Greece if not. I was a kid and got a heat stroke.

I think around 115 °F (+46.1 °C) but I didn't stay outside for long. I remember it looked like there was water on the ground, but there was none.

I see you're in Zagreb. I was visiting Split in August 2013. I've never actually felt sick from the heat until I was there. And I've been to Las Vegas in the middle of the summer. There was something about the air that made me sick there. Beautiful country though! I can't wait to go back!
