No. It’s crazy that it was 3.9C where you live and then further north in Wales but with the same albeit weaker sun it’s 21C.

Well, temperature here is usual for this time of year.

Novi Sad which is closest to me in terms of climate has 1.6c daily mean in February on average https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Novi_Sad#Climate
My town is slightly colder than Novi Sad, because it's less urbanized and smaller.

3.6c is right now here.
