An overcast and very mild morning becoming wet, windy and cold after 1pm. Dews around 1-2C rising to 9-12C with the rain. Winds NE 25-35km/h increasing N/NE 35-40km/h in the late morning. There was a short period of sustained gusts of ~60km/h from 3:45-4pm. Highest gusts in the region have been 117km/h at Gooseberry Hill, 111km/h at Rottnest Island, 95km/h at the Airport, 91km/h at Jandakot.
