Flash flood watch in effect starting at 11 am today and continuing until 8 am Sunday morning in Indianapolis; rain totals of 2 to 4 inches possible during that timeframe with localized higher amounts possible, temperatures look to continue to be at or below seasonal averages for at least the next week. I leave for Fort Worth Texas this evening and will be in Texas until mid August.
June 2019 is odds on to becoming the coldest June since 1991 in Sheffield, as it would require the average maximum temperature to exceed 19°C from now until the end for this not to be the case, and no warm weather is coming so that won't happen. It is also going to be the wettest June since 2007. This combination is about a 1-in-200 year occurrence.
