latest CFSv2 says a cooler and wetter July as El Nino forcings retake hold on the country, but maybe close to normal here (I hope).

Temp departures each week of June 2019 (minus 29th/30th)

U.S View. Looks like Maine was below normal each week. If it wasn't for Week #1 the northern PLains might of had a record cold June.

Record heat and dry weather for over a week with highs of 98F and dews over 75f. Just the worst weather one could dream off. Got a east flow for two little days and got some rain Fri and Sat and now back to a west windflow and gonna dry out this coming week. July will be a very dry month like the last few have.

Wish I lived somewhere like this, at least you get some rain & storms to go with the heat & humidity, here it's just hot, humid & dry for months...

I was working outside on a rock wall nice and dry, it got cloudy I was enjoying it more.. Then the wind came and I decided to check the radar... Sure enough... here it comes.

Ugh. Rain drops were huge again.

Looks like it developed over Poughkeepsie, NY while I was out there. That's why I got caught

Lasted 10 minutes with a rumble of thunder. Now the sun is back out. #Summer

We had our third 110°F day this year yesterday, today is supposed to be number 4, we'll see though. It's 100°F as of 10am and much cloudier than yesterday. Dews are still in the 30s though, despite the clouds.

Las Vegas has been more under the influence of West Coast troughing, they only hit 102°F Friday and 103°F yesterday, and their max so far this year is just 107°F
