Your weather is perfectly fine in Rome. Looks like it warms up enough during the day to be able to be outside just fine and at night it cools down enough to get some good sleep. In NW Europe they'd be glad to get that weather.
A day like today reminds me of how sick people are for living down south. lol. This is crazy.

Had the perfect summer day today. High around 27C, mostly sunny with a few high clouds. Humidity was just about perfect too, around 60%, not dry but not muggy either.
It was warm enough to go to the lake. The sun felt strong, but I didn't feel uncomfortably hot. Loved it.
Sadly we go back to true Oceanic s h i i i t hole next week
Then again, I wouldn't want that jungle heat you guys are having in the US. At least not for such a long time.
This thread kind of got me thinking, that there are not many places where summer temperatures are consistently around 25-29C (75-85F). Maybe in Hawaii or some subtropical highland location? But mostly you either have continental climates, which are prone to longer heatwaves with temperatures above 30C, or you have oceanic and high latitude climates, which can have nice weather but are prone to periods of cool 15-19C weather. :/
Temps peaked around 99 today, but humidity has not been awful especially in the afternoons when the temps maxed out. Some of those high humidity low 90s days you get here fairly frequently certainly feel much stickier.

Final high was 108°F, which is also the current 5pm observation. For the first 19 days of the month, our mean temp is 99.1°F, +3.0°F for the period, and still on pace for our hottest July on record

Yesterday was our 40th consecutive high 100°F+, and our 66th triple digit of the year.
It was also our 10th low in the 90's of this month and year
