A mild morning gave way to a very warm and mostly sunny July day, with maximums in the 24-25C around the city which is near record range for July! It became cloudy in the afternoon with humidity jumping from a range of 8-12C to 16-17C. Patchy light rain started around 3:30-4pm with the actual rain starting around 5pm. Winds N/NE 10-15km/h increasing N/NW 30-40km/h in the morning shifting W/SW 20-35km/h in the late afternoon. Overall a very interesting day for mid-winter standards.
