I might have to go with Windsor. Don't like the idea of 14C average for a low in mid summer. That's ridiculously cold. 17C isn't adequete either, but a damn sight better than bloody 14C.

Are you kidding me? It might be 14c at 6:00 am, but by your house is still 25 degrees from the day before. When you head outside at 10:00 am it is already 20 to 25 degrees outside, and you have to close you windows if you are one of the unlucky ones without A/C. By late afternoon when the temperature 38 degrees you can't wait for the nice cool mornings.

Windsor's summertime overnight lows are usually very warm and muggy, a 17c low seems cool to me, as we almost never drop below 16c in the dead of summer.
