SATX, it sounds like you don't like snow. Is that correct? Personally, I could live without it, too.
Rarely as we see snow sure i like to see it!! Just worried about my plants. Lemon and other citrus trees in particular!! I wouldn't like it on a regular basis though.
Today is our twin Son and Daughter's 25th B'Day!!

Twins, how fun and a quarter century, too! Snow and citrus doesn't mix too well!

Jammie, you really need to live in a warmer climate, I think, maybe some day!

I'm happy the snow is gone from our forecast.

I'm happy that I got a new phone as well (T-Mobile myTouch 3G).

I'm happy everyone seems happy with their weather (Mild/Warm in the North & Cold/Snowy in the South).

I'm happy it is still raining with even more on the way. And I am happy it is not a cold cold rain that is hard on cattle. Mid 50's is great.

Hey SATX, Happy Birthday to your twins. We share the same birthday month. You're fortunate to have twins. I always thought that'd be cool~well, after the first five years or so. Might be a bit of work those first few years. I'll bet it was cute to watch them play together though.

I understand now. I was wondering why you wouldn't welcome snow cause it's so rare for you. But since you're used to things living all year long, it does take a lot of effort to cover things up or bring them in and try to keep them going.

Susan, if we could take our jobs and benies with us, we'd already be living south of here. One of my fave spots is even kinda chilly right now. Of course, it's 20 deg. warmer there then up here so I could probably handle it. Their winter is pretty short-lived and I actually compare their winter to our mid to late autumn. When they hit freezing, they've pretty much bottomed out.

It's the weekend!!! The sun is shining again and I can nap whenever I want to.

Have a wonderful Saturday!!!

Thanks Jammie, it was a special experience having twins. You'll have to let us in on yours....my wife's is soon also. Birthday 's I mean. Too many B'day's for me to keep up on here. Maybe we all already know ..
BTW, our snow here fizzled . We had early morning hardly visible light flurries. Haven't checked my plants which somehow I neglected to do anything to protect. Stupid weather reports here. Got down to 26 overnight. ...

Have a great Saturday Everyone!!!

I'm happy satx's Twins are having a birthday. We have twins in the family too.......They will be 9 this month!
That was fun, helping with them. We just did everything in two's. It was easier then I thought.

Jammie does need the sunshine.........thats why I always invite her to Myrtle Beach...

I am happy my Concolor Christmas tree is up and decorated. Differently this year. Really cool!
I'm glad I met Margaret at the tree farm....the owner is a sweetheart
I'm glad its snowing, snow in December doesn't bother me.......Its beautiful, and brings me to think of the Holiday ahead........
