Rainfall totals look like the south coast, but nowhere in southern England has December as the coldest month of the year, or is that cold in October/November.
I've looked all over Washington and the closest places I have found are Sequim and Port Townsend, both of which are much drier than the posted climate.

I have looked at every climate I could find north of that and have come up with nothing.
same, the nights look to warm imo for Washington, it would have to be a place directly on the coast for these lows and its summers would be cooler and wetter.

To be honest I think the lows are inacurate, but it is small Island, part of an archipelago.

Am I even in the correct region? All I know is it's in the Arctic, or not far from there. It might be in Norway, but the wet Summer's suggests Asia.
