You are right that it is in Washington state, but not on the pacific since the pacific coastal cities get 70+ inches of rain.

I've looked all over Washington and the closest places I have found are Sequim and Port Townsend, both of which are much drier than the posted climate.

same, the nights look to warm imo for Washington, it would have to be a place directly on the coast for these lows and its summers would be cooler and wetter.

To be honest I think the lows are inacurate, but it is small Island, part of an archipelago.

Am I even in the correct region? All I know is it's in the Arctic, or not far from there. It might be in Norway, but the wet Summer's suggests Asia.
