Hmm. It's continental but not that extreme in variation. Cold winters but relatively warm nights. Winters look very dry. Summers are too cool for the winter nights to be in North America (east of the Rockies). Asia would be more extreme, I think.
Must be somewhere in eastern Europe. South of Poland, but north of Bulgaria / Serbia.
I think it's definitely central/eastern Europe. It's my sort of climate really, and quite possibly somewhere I've been to, either southern Poland or Slovakia maybe? Seeing non-US locations with the temps given in F always throw me a little (just getting my excuses in beforehand) A toss-up between Krakow and Bratislava, and based on the fact you live there despite not seeming like a native and Krakow is the more cosmopolitan city, I'll go for Krakow, even though when I lived nearby the weather was much warmer than those averages.

And the answer is....
Kraków, Poland.
I would've almost given it to Joe90 who answered "Munich", because the climates of Kraków and Munich are so similar, that they're almost indistinguishable from each other when only given temps and rainfall figures. Kraków is 1000 ft lower in elevation, as well as about 8° further east and 2° further north. Both cities also have a major mountain range 50 miles south of the city... But Kraków is the correct city. Bratislava is much warmer during the summer, and has milder winters...
