Btw, to all those that drink, ROCK ON!!!! We're all gonna end up 6 feet under at the end of it, so really what is the point of being a complete teetotaller, and to all the teetotallers, spare me your preaching bull**** about the "evils" of alcohol. Newsflash, we are ALL going to drop dead eventually, regardless
yeah seriously it's not like alcohol is gonna grow hands and grab you and eat you lol. I can't imagine living life without one sip of beer every now and then. I enjoyed a nice, smooth, Newcastle Brown yesterday after a long, hot day. That was great

I agree. I have lived too long outside of Puerto Rico to get used to 80 degree rooms again. Well, actually, it reached 82 degrees yesterday in DC, and I spent the day there, and I hardly broke a sweat I'm so glad I'm not such a fatty anymore lol. I used to loathe summer and the heat, but with that yesterday, I think I'm actually looking forward to summer again

It took me lots of stripping and moving around the bed for a cool spot to start sleeping comfortably inside my 82 F room yesterday night. Thankfully, its a comfy 71 F now.

You don't have live in Puerto Rico to get used to 80 degree rooms, just have no A/C. Low 80s is tolerable inside for me with a breeze (or fan created one), not the best for sleeping but normally for me by bedtime it cools down a bit below 80 even on hotter days. From what I remember, it takes about a week or two to get used to sleeping in a room that warm. Almost no insulation on me.

My room temp hovers between 70°F and 88°F in summer. Even in an oceanic climate with sub-80°F average highs, 80°F+ indoor temps are common. Would probably be slightly less if I had a fan. 88°F is too warm, especially at night. 80°F is okay, even nice when acclimated. I think we once had a poster from Texas or Louisiana that didn't use AC. Now that's a toughie.
