Its just been decided that our aunt is taking us to Dublin airport on the morning of our flight to America.

It means we must leave the house at about 6am for a 1pm flight. So I will have to be up at 5am which is 12am in Florida and as our flight does not arrive in Florida until about 9pm that evening we will not get any sleep for 24 hours!!!

At least we will have no jet lag!

THREE thunderstorms today. 1 at about 6 am, 1 at about 2 pm, and 1 at about 7 pm. Now is 40 past 7.

This is not funny. Few consecutive days with thunderstorms is tolerable but few in the same day?

Trade places?

Everywhere in my region has been getting daily storms this week but they keep going around and missing the city where I live. 3 in one day sounds amazing.

I'd kill for that, that's more storms than we got in the entire summer

There's certainly no chance of any bloody thunder in this derelict climate. So many chances in the last few days and we get nothing as usual. Disgraceful!

A group of shrubs that have been in my yard since moving here some years ago are now dead. I think we were actually a different hardiness zone this past winter.
