I hate Burger King...disgusting. One of them near me just closed down. Can't compete with McDonald's, Wendy's, and Arby's. They offer superior products compared to ****ter King.

I try to avoid fast food though. Oddly enough, the most fast food I ate this year was while I was in Europe.

Here a cheeseburger is $2.50, a Big Mac meal $9.

A single Big Mac costs $5.20 as do Quarter Pounder and McChicken. A Double quarter pounder is $7.75

That is ****ing expensive. It's gotten to the point that it would be cheaper to go to an actual proper restaurant or pub for a meal for a family.

Burger King/Hungry Jacks is slightly cheaper here and their burgers are far bigger.

I don't remember how food from Burger King tastes as I haven't been there for years (and it's pretty hard to find one in Leeds), but I believe Burger King is more open with where their beef is sourced from, and that it is usually better quality than McDonald's, or more likely to be 100% beef. Don't remember where I read this, but I'll try and find it. I think it was in relation to the horse meat scandal with some beef products this year.

Apparently, McDonalds is losing sales here. I wonder why that could be.....

Crapdonalds can shove their miniature $5.20+ "burgers" into their corporate bung holes, this is my now my burger of choice:

Burger King Whopper was good but these days it tastes like cardboard,

I often do K-Fry's $5 lunch. A big snack burger, garden salad and chips. If I have one of those, I generally don't bother with tea. That's usually my cheapest lunch, I spend about 60-$70 a week on lunch. It's the highlight of my day.

McDonalds is alright. I always check out their new burgers.
