Does anyone know about West 4th Street in Riviera Beach? My son wants to buy a house there and I don't like what I hear about the neighborhood.

Default TriMT7

Thanks. He likes the price, but I don't like what I hear and read. He says he will fix it up, live there for a while and sell. I don't think he's going to want to live there at all.

I won't ever even drive through there. I always think what if my truck broke down.

What I always wonder about responses like those in this thread is this:

What about all the folks who live there already?--do you guys believe that they ALL hate it and can't wait to get out, but they just can't manage to do so?
