Hello! I am very happy I found this place
Moving to boca with my three young children I am a single mother, can't wait to move into my little cottage!
I am wondering about the opinions of the area. Shopping, schools, crime, etc. The place is located in central Boca, on Yamato Road in between dixie and federal. The street is called Lancaster St. Thanks!

Congrats on the move! Not to pick hairs but I think that would be more North East Boca? Great area as far as entertainment. You have a great day and night life just up the road to Atlantic. Down to Glades you have what I consider the best movie theater in Palm Beach County. Also next to that is Boomers. A new LA Fitness is just down the road off Yamato. Also have a golds gym really close to where you are at. Lots of eateries, Publix etc. And of course you are close to the beach.
