How's the weather there now in South Florida~? It's in the 70's now but we have bad weather on the way from north of us. We have high winds and an expected thunderstorm on the way. Really what I'd like to know is how is the weather in December or January~? I'm thinking of coming there. I really like this side of the ocean than the other side, where I ventured to this past summer. Thanks for the info.

For PBC, I'd say it's in the high 80's to low 90's from around March to November. Definitely low 90's from around May to October. Generally it doesn't really get hotter in terms of the actual temperature than around 92 or 93 because the humidity prevents it from going higher, but it definitely feels hotter than that just because of the humidity. From late November through February it cools off and mostly bounces around from the low 70's to the low 80's. But you do get cold spells in the winter months, it can dip down to around 32 but usually only for a day or two, though it can stay down in the 50's and 60's for a couple weeks before warming up again. The rainy season is mainly in the summer, the winter months are usually pretty dry.

Since the end of October it's been basically very nice. Air conditioning has been off more than it's been on... lots of windows open nights!

Averages for WPB:

I have a question on "feels like" temperature in Jan between inlands (RPB or Wellington) and WPB:

In the morning, say at 7am in Jan, according to the actual temperatures I have been monitoring between inlands and WPB, I noticed there's a 3 or 4 degrees F differences, then the inlands temperature eventually picks up after 7am and surpassed WPB or Palm Beach in the afternoon.

What I would like to know between RPB/Wellington and WPB/Palm Beach IN JANUARY is as follows:
(1) Did you feel any differences (feels like temperature) at 7am or first thing in the morning in your experience ?
(2) When did you feel the same between the 2 areas (RPB/Wellington and WPB/Palm Beach) in your experience ?

Thank you !

Cool front came through and its around 60 right now, way too cold for me. Gorgeous out though. In general, in the winter inland is colder. In the summer, inland can be hotter due to lack of an ocean breeze. Couple of degrees doesn't make a difference to me, east or west, but you can feel the difference from Martin County to Ft Lauderdale for example. Also if where you live has more pavement, it will be hotter.

Our news just reported that it is warmer here than there in Florida. Are you all freezing down there~? How do you all dress there or what I mean is do you need to wear heavy clothing during this time instead of shorts~?
