my wife and i are trying to find a apt / townhouse rental that will except huskies in the Jupiter/Juno/Palm Beach Gardens areas. We have a smaller 45lb female and small kitten. Everything we seem to find lists huskies as a vicious breed. Our girl is the sweetest dog ever. We are looking for 2-3 bedroom as close to the beach as we can get. A small fenced yard would be awesome too. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. We had no idea finding a place would be so hard.

Due to the housing crisis, rentals are tight and in that area since you are looking along the beach or inland slightly? A lot of the condo rentals and such do not accept pets or pets over a certain weight. Try to look more inland or go for rent by owner in a place that doesn't have an HOA. I never heard that a Husky is on the list of dangerous breeds but each HOA Is different.

what price range are you considering? it's tough enough finding a rental without a dog in Jupiter, but having a dog will make it tight.
I know someone subleasing their townhouse in Abacoa, but there isn't a fenced yard.

we are trying to stay at $1500 max. We will be making the move towards the end of the year. We will be down there in a few weeks to look at different complexes and communities.
