Hello,

We are looking at Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens. We want a family-friendly neighborhood with larger lots (at least 1/4 acre, so not huge). Are there any suggestions for communities? Steeplechase have huge lots which we love but the houses are a bit aged and we would not want to do renovations. Gated neighborhood would be good, too.

Thank you!

We are looking into private so the local schools for the communities aren't an issue.

Did you look in Egret Landing in Jupiter?
In Palm Beach Gardens, I would check the PGA communities--some are gated, some not, various price points.

What price range?
San Michele has decent sized lots.
Prado has big lots, gated, and new construction.

Why not consider Jupiter Farms or western PBG?

Thank you for the suggestions. We will probably need to look at Jupiter Farms area. We learned most communities have pet restrictions and we have 4 cats. Thanks again.

Jupiter farms lots are 1.25 acres+
Most hoas aren't going to restrict you from indoor cats (unless you start hoarding them)
