Ill be going around the entire coastline of Florida and was wondering if there are any must see/do things in the WPB area that you would HIGHLY recommend ? Im into : Classic car shows, museums, beautiful scenery, photography, exploring, sightseeing, music , etc... The time of year I shall be in this area will be early Dec. 2009. Thanks much.

www.ragtops motorcars.com is a car place in West Palm, might want to check it out. If you like snorkeling Peanut island is good. I always tell people to take a trip around Palm Beach Island and see how the rich people live.

If you are interested in the history of gilded-age (c. 1880s-1920s) Florida architecture and life-style, visit the Flagler Museum in Palm Beach and Vizcaya Villa-Museum in Miami (plus a few other examples in Boca Raton, Coral Gables, and elsewhere) and compare them with the architecture from the same period in Saint Augustine, all in conjunction with the history of the railroad, which you will probably parallel, at least on the east coast of Florida.

I am not that familiar with FL but I remember really enjoying the Lion Safari that is in WP. Nice for the whole family if they are coming as well.
