Well, now the politicians have gotten in on the act. They are pushing through a bill that will have every taxpayer in the state subsidize small businesses affected by this, rather than the chemical company. Only in Charleston.
Yep, that's the link, and in my opinion not one cent of taxpayer money should go into this until that company has been liquidated and the assets applied to that program. How is it everyone else's responsibility to pay for this when it is their fault?
Also, did you all see that WV American Water was filling up some water tankers, to be used to distribute water to people still under the water ban, from water resources that still had the chemical odor and the like? Wow. How incompetent does someone have to be to make that decision?

I saw that, and apparently they would have gotten away with it if somebody hadn't complained that it smelled just like the other water. They might just as well have told people to just use their tap water to poison themselves as to have done something as deceptive as that. That makes them almost as bad as the chemical company.
