Doesn't surprise me at all. Most of their products can be purchased at wal-mart or online for less cost. And the service side of their operation is slowly becoming antiquated/redundant.

Which is too bad. I bought my last two laptops at Office Depot simply because they were the only store that had employee's that knew anything at all about the products they were selling. There isn't a Staples here.
I even asked for the manager so I could tell her how much I appreciated the employee that helped me.
