I'd prefer the very southernmost area close to VA.
That's another thought that seems laughable. How do the water issues follow state borders? Neighboring states seem to have no problems.
I should have a well inspection no matter where I move.

ANY place that has a history of coal mining will have some water table/well issues. How does that work? In my county the change takes place over 10 miles. Where I sit right now was yellow streams and people get their water from a reservoir. 10 miles east of where I sit, the streams are clean and wells are fine.
This is reality, there is NO state that has "good water" or "bad water." Water quality is a local, or even more property by property specific issue. People in this thread have pointed that out over and over, listen to them, they are right.

You've literally been told 10 times in this thread that your view on "water problems" is mistaken. How long are you going to keep pushing this?

Sorry. Just contributing to the conversation and understanding that my assumption is wrong.
Memphis has good water. I only drink distilled personally. I just don't want to poison my livestock. Sections of the area I'm in has arsenic in the water.
