Student newspapers, specific school web-sites- that sort of thing.

Here are more recent enrollment figures from 2009 for some of the colleges:

Marshall University 13,800 students
Marshall expecting enrollment increase - The Herald Dispatch

Marshall Community and Technical College 2,782 students (this is separate from MU now so these students are not counted in the figure above)
MCTC seeking space, visibility - The Herald Dispatch

WVU 28,839 students
The Daily Athenaeum - WVU enrollment rises, estimates off

One of the best ways to reach college students if you are no longer in college is through many of the smaller groups on campus like clubs, fraternities, soroities, religious groups, etc. I'd suggest trying to contact some of these groups and the people involved.

Fairmont University...about 8700 this year...as per a professor friend.
Mainstay is Nursing and Teaching Degrees.

I am excellent, content and satisfied with 'knowing several of lifes secrets.

Lot's of work here with the FBI as a computer crime detective...

FBI.gov Will take an online application. White Collar Crime Task Force needs about 300 more hires.

2nd and 3rd tier wage scale.
