What are some good local banks around the Bedford Hills/Mt Kisco/Katonah area?

I honestly see little to no difference between banks. Especially if yoh have wells fargo like I have. That bank changes names like I change pants.

The only thing I can suggest is go with the same bank where you have your mortgage, especially if you are early in it. Since you have so much money with that bank, you get out of a lot of fees, for example, I get ATM fees from OTHER banks reimbursed to me.
