townhouse or condos in the 300k range (Dobbs Ferry, Hope: coops, price)

i am planning to move to lower westchester for a job, and I was wondering if it is possible to find a 2bd townhouse or condo in lower westchester in the 300k range?

Not sure, but coops I am pretty sure you can. But if you can do it, go for the condo or townhouse instad of a co-op. The only townhouse community I am a little familiar with is the one in Dobbs Ferry. Unfortunately they are out of your price range:
