Both schools have great athletic programs. Reynolds' football team went undefeated and won the 4A State Championship the year before last.
The performing arts program at Reynolds is definitely a step above all the other schools in the area, though. I was in the symphonic band/marching band, and we constantly won awards for our performances in each.
The chorus/chorale and drama depts. are great and also highly awarded.
There's definitely a bit of a rivalry between the schools.

I agree, and also biased since I have children in the AC Reynolds district (one at ACRHS and one at ACRMS.)
Incredible marching band - I hope my daughter does it once she hits HS.
The one thing TC has that Reynolds does not, is a pool. I had to take my son to TC's pool for swim team practice at least 3 days a week. Thank goodness for the Parkway.
