The husband and I recently acquired a tricycle for two (yes, the pedal type). It is 44" wide and the places to ride it around Cherokee County are limited. We'd like to travel here, there and "yonder" and ride the trike. It is easily loaded on a rack behind the vehicle. Does anyone know of any great places to ride around on a cycle that wide???? We thought about visiting Williamsburg and might be able to use it there. Any suggestions???

Are you posting in the correct topic? Do you mean Williamsburg VA? Can't imagine anywhere in these mountains where you could ride an adult tricycle ... I had to sell my own 2 wheel "flatlands" bike when I moved here.

Yes, I did mean Willliamsburg, VA - but even here in Murphy, NC there are places to ride our trike. I just thought there might be other places around here do to that so I was asking. I didn't mean "mountain-triking"
