Does anyone know anything about Brickton Village, a condominium development in Fletcher. I've been looking for a place to buy that is reasonably priced around Asheville. This place looks nice, the fees are reasonable $100 mo, 2 bedroom 2 bath 1050sq ft for $120K.
The development is owner occupied only, no rentals. I don't know the foreclosure rate or the stability of the development and I'm hoping someone might give me some insight into the development and the Fletcher area in general, since I only visited the area once. Any info or input is appreciated.
