Does anyone know anything about the Reserve at Asheville on Asheville Springs Circle? It looks like a great place for both people and their pets. I've been searching Craigslist but I've heard some horror stories about apartment shopping using CL.

Thank you!

We recently moved into the complex and honestly, I can't believe how quiet it is here. Granted, the units themselves have fairly thin walls and we can hear when the neighbors are doing laundry, etc., but the complex is very quiet and safe. The front office isn't very helpful, as is usual for apartment complexes, but our unit is very nice.

There are three dog parks within the complex and people walk their dogs at all hours of the day and night - but they're also very quiet. So far we're happy with this complex. It's a bit of a ways out of Asheville, but it's not really too bad a drive.

It's called "Reserve at Asheville" and it's located off New Leicester Hwy. Here's their website: Reserve at Asheville | Welcome Home | Apartments for Rent in Asheville, NC

The rents seem on the low end for an Asheville address. I'd be leery.

Really? We're paying over $1000 for a two bedroom apartment outside of town. Nothing to be leery about here.

Thanks,
Do you know if you can get a month to month lease?

I believe they said the shortest lease is a 6 month, and then you can do a month-to-month from there. Hope this helps!

That would work out perfectly. I want 6 months to get to know Asheville and then a month to month lease when I'm ready to purchase. Let me know if you discover any drawbacks. I like a quiet place. I don't like to hear my neighbors music.
