I've been waiting 5 lonnnnnnngggg years to say this! We moved to Iowa from Wisconsin and have regretted it since day 1. Even though it helped my husband move up in his company, it wasn't worth leaving home...
We will be moving to Appleton, which is where we have always wanted to live. We are originally from the Milwaukee area. Hubby's company's main hub is up there. We are so excited!
We will talking to the realtor tomorrow and getting the ball rolling. We are lucky to be in a city where houses in our area are sold within 2-4 weeks. We don't have a monster home with the monster price to sell, so we have no worries about it selling.
We never thought this day would come. All is well now..

Josh , we where our Badger attire proud here.
Sometimes we get comments. I heard one guy say under his breath(didn't think I could hear him), "You do know you are in Iowa."
We are in Cedar Rapids which is Hawkeye heavy bigtime. They play in Iowa City which is about a 25 minute drive from here. We pass the stadium everytime we go to a restaurant we like there.

Well we sold our house in 3 days. We will be looking for homes this weekend and next weekend. We will be in Appleton by Oct. 4th!
