This is a forum and not a blog and the two, although similar, are in many ways quite distinct from each other, You "own" your blog but you don't "own" an open forum.
With the facts that you've given it seems clear to most that you don't have any legal footing to claim discrimination. To become combative at not getting the responses you wanted to hear which are based solely on the information you've provided is quite silly.
If you've already contacted EEOC with all your documented evidence and they've told you you have a case which they're willing to examine further then your question ("so do I have a case?") is moot. Best you follow up with them.
