If by tools to succeed, you mean money, then yes, she was given a good kick start. But it still doesn't quite explain why other multi millionaires go bankrupt... Look at Mike Tyson, he filed for bankruptcy even though he received $300 million in one prize! That far outweighs what Gina Rinehart received.

From what I hear on this thread that would be a "no". Seems she's just one unprepossessing old bag who perches on a gilded throne in an ivory tower and, when not just sitting around gleefully counting her money has the sheer audacity to indulge in political commentary.
I met an Aussie family while on vacation, they live in the same city as Gina Rinehart. They said she is hated by most and doesn't care one bit. Apparently she has no redeeming qualities and is far to the Right... that usually goes without saying.
