You're treating the symptom rather than the problem, which seems to be lack of discipline. If you can't force yourself to be disciplined at home, moving to an office will not do a single thing for you, except give you another excuse to bail out on your boyfriend because you have to actually *go* to the office, instead of just doing work at your house.
If anything, spend the money to hire someone part time to accomplish your clerical work, leaving your schedule open to build your business or do whatever else you want to do. Don't spend money on office space unless you absolutely NEED to have a place to see clients outside of the house.

Thats a good point. I currently meet clients at various places. An office would mature up my business quite a bit because I can meet with them there.
