What makes you think he can't live a normal, productive life otherwise? We have had plenty of trolls on this forum. They seem to make enough to afford internet service, possibly rent/home ownership, so I imagine they are doing something right. Everyone has a hobby. Maybe this is just your friend's hobby. Just be glad his hobby is rather tame compared to some of the psychos we have running around in this world.

Your friend will be fine. Not every company goes deep into background checks. Even if they did, unless they have the exact image that your friend posted, there is very little chance that any company can track him and his little hobby. Besides, those posts are going to fall deep into the back of any forum he posted on as time goes on. The chances of anyone stumbling upon them are slim to none. Eventually, they will fall right off the forums all together.
It just sounds like he is looking for women. I don't quite understand the concern. He may be taking this to an obsessive level, but where is the harm in what he's doing?

My friend has gone forum to forum and constantly asked if White or Latin women like Indian men, constantly asked where in the US or the world he can date women of those two races, and talked about how he wants to date women of those races. He has done it obsessively on many forums and been banned for doing it obsessively, like he talked about it so much, constantly whining about being single and then asking if he goes to this state or this country would women date him.
Thing is he put his face picture up on a forum and that is why he is worried and came to me.
He could always change his name I suppose.
That said, he seems like a complete nut and I am sure his future was screwed even before this incident occurred.
Yeah, "friend." For the trolling? Unlikely it will do much damage.
If he keeps posting online about obsessively angry stuff will do more damage, likely taking up productive time and leaking into his real life relationships. The best thing to do is go to therapy and get some help. Without that, the future is bleak.
