Thanks for the info, guessing not much better in way of pay either...Although it incorporates aspects I am interested in, but unable to find encompassing..

How much would you think this position would pay?

Candidates should have a minimum of three years experience, preferably at a law firm or other professional services organization.

The ideal candidate is self-directed, possesses strong writing skills, is comfortable with web and CRM technology, is knowledgeable about social media, can handle multiple projects simultaneously and has exceptional interpersonal skills. The Marketing Communications Coordinator reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing Technology Manager.

Duties include:

Website management

Update website daily
Assist attorneys on their bios
Post news articles, Legal Alerts, cases, newsletters, external media coverage summaries and events
Send alerts and newsletters to opted-in recipients and through social media; utilize the firm’s CRM system InterAction
Maintain and evaluate statistics on website traffic
Work with attorneys and web designers to keep blogs updated
Monitor and respond to emails sent to the firm through the website
Social media

Post website content on social media sites
Monitor social mentions and followers
Coordination of firm webinars

Maintain a calendar of all firm internal, external and client webinars
Schedule, coordinate and set up webinars with attorneys
Train attorneys for webinar presentations
Download and review registration lists
Review answers to post-webinar survey
Save PowerPoint presentations and attendee lists in firm’s document management system
Respond to client emails and phone calls with questions about webinars
Apply for HRCI credit
Media tracking responsibilities

Record media “hits” on a spreadsheet on a daily basis
Scan magazine and newspaper articles as available
Calculate audience numbers and advertising equivalency value of media placements
Coordinate firm Inclusion in National Rankings

Facilitate attorney submissions and interviews for rankings such as Chambers & Partners USA and Best Lawyers

You're looking at entry level admin/marketing support work. I'd expect around 35K (what I started with in the same line of work in Boston). The most I would expect is 40K.

Not enough.

It reads like everyone in the office was allowed to offload their least favorite responsibility
and that pile of ashes was then wrapped up into one new and quite awful position.

I'd want to know if this is an existing job...
and if so, how long the last/current person has held it.

There is no way to determine salary from an online job description. Research jobs with similar titles in the area. Use Glassdoor. Go to indeed.com and use the salary sort to find jobs in your range.

That seems reasonable. Very actually, for that type of entry level position. Wouldn't pay more than that in Boston, that is for sure.
