That's the question of the century.

Many people aren't able to live with their parents past the age of 22 and have to make it on their own. If you're required to support yourself, how are you supposed to eat? By working for free? We don't have a bartering system anymore so I am really interested to see what solutions people propose.

Let alone transport to and from work, let's remember gas isn't free and unless you know how to fix bike chains, the minute your bike breaks, you are stuck to walking (considering you live close enough to do that.) The only way I can see is a second job that will work around your schedule for your unpaid (or if you're "lucky" low paid) internship.

I used to participate in the intergeneration "Let's hate on..." game, until I realized how fruitless it was to do so. The Silents complain about Boomers not respecting the hard work they've put in for this country and how the younger generations are flouting traditions, and the Boomers are complaining about Millennials not working hard enough when we don't even share the same economic conditions, and Millennials are complaining about the Z Generation for being too spoiled because they don't know what life is like as a 13 year old without a cell phone. Everyone's got something to ***** and moan about, but hardly do I see any real solutions put out there.
