I'd stay away from the "more responsibility" line, too. Coming from the mouth of someone who has only been in his current job for a matter of weeks, it is going to sound disingenuous, naĂŻve, or both. Moving to a stable full-time job with benefits is reason enough.

Interview went bad. Manager called me a liar when I said I actually liked working with people. Also criticized me for having a degree in psychology and wanting to work in property management. Then he said no matter how bad my current job is, leaving after 2 months is a career killer.
