The ones working at recruiting firms. In my experience, they lie to you, say they will do something but they never do and ignore you. They say they'll call you back but they don't. One recruiter told me "I'll call you back in 5 minutes" but I knew it was a lie when I heard it. I had made several applications for openings over the past year and I guess he saw them as we searched for my name to bring up my resume and he mentioned this out loudly as I waited on the phone. Didn't know that was such a crime. Should I call or email this recruiter back and let my thoughts known? Don't give a crap about burning the bridge with this staffing firm.

If you'd stood them up in the past, or they believe you're difficult to work with, or they don't think you interview well, or if you can't pass a background check...
These are reasons they may not be working with you.
Agencies survive by candidates getting jobs.

Don't bother they don't care or they will hang up on you or not even put you through to the recruiter. Just don't bother with them. They are worse than HR, they waste your time, have no desirable jobs, burn your references by contacting them incessantly, and lie their @sses off.
I had one j-off lie and say she had a direct hire permanent job to lure me in and I wasted an entire afternoon in Friday traffic driving there and back. I to this day talk down the LaSalle Network to my employer and everyone else.

None of those happened. I got stood up by this recruiting agency before and they never got me an interview. Only thing this new recruiter saw was that he asked for my name so that he could pull up my application, and when he searched, he said there are a lot of people with the same name as me (but they were probably all 6 of my apps since early 2016) so more than average I suppose. Not sure what else he could have saw and didn't know this was such a crime. He says "I'll call you back in 5 minutes" and knew that was a lie right then.

Have you ever had anyone critique your interviewing skills?
(I promise I'm not trying to be rude.. but you come across very angry in your posts.)
Obviously there are some extremely rude/unprofessional recruiters out there and unfortunately it sounds like you just spoke to one of the bad ones.
