i failed to mention that i only plan on doing this for a very short time. i don't plan on doing this for more than three years. doing both of these jobs would a transition career. the job that i want currently only hires those who are 21 and up and i am still 18. i just need both of these jobs to hold me over and help me pay for an apartment before i can get the job that i want

why not do a work visa and travel the world while teaching english or working on farms?
but even if you wait until 21, you won't be hired if you don't have the skills for that job. What are the odds of working 2 minimum wage jobs providing those skills?
i do have family but due to some issues between them and i, i would rather not stay with them. also, the job that i have to wait until i'm 21 does not require skills. it's just a city bus driver

I noticed in one of your later posts, you plan on driving a bus, how sure are you that you'll get that job? As long as you have to wait, have you considered the military? If you can get into the motor pool, you'll get training, won't have to worry about housing or food or utility bills, and as a vet you'll get preferential consideration for that bus driver job when you get out. Or, you may have learned about something better. Aim high!
Each day spent :16 hours at jobs. 1.5 hours travel. Leaving you to enjoy a bed and pillow for 6 1/2 hours. Seems silly to pay for a place that you'll rarely reside. You'll reside at your work places. Then there is all the utilities for a place .
Get a warehouse job loading trucks, at least then you'd get reasonable pay and cut back on all the double work.
My first place was co signed by a relative. Good thing they entrusted that I'd live up to the rents due and the utilities. It got me on the road to responsible living.
It should satisfy the income requirement, but it is possible they may ask for a cosigner if your work history is short and this is your first apartment, etc.
even if i work two jobs such as mcdonalds and dunkin donuts OR mcdonalds and walmart ? scheduling isnt an issue because im not a person that does much outside of work or home
Do you plan to go to college? I second getting a room mate, then work one job while also going to school to get a better career!
