If this is the trend that workplaces are heading towards, I may consider moving up my retirement date.

The youtube does not only reflect about workplaces, but also reflects about life in general.

I wonder what men at wars before, and in the battlefields, would complain about? I wonder what women in WWI & WWII would complain about life and their workplace? Did they have so much free time to complain and whine?

I wonder what people living in the countries that there are gunshots every minute, every hour, everyday, and the sky is always grey because of the gun powder and smoke flying into the air, would complain about?

Now, people are getting much, much better conditions of materials and physical and mental health supports than before, and they are becoming more and more dissatisfied with everything in life. They keep whining and whining about anything and everything. Nowadays people are spoiled and never feel happy with anything. It's sad and awful.

Sorry it's not so "readily' available to get help in certain areas of this first world country.

I tend to not be able to go out and observe or talk to all 6 billion ppl in my life time so I can't make such blanket statements. Good for you though that you have done such.

First off what period are you comparing the present day to? Second, why do you think people are more dissatisfied with their lives compared to that particular time period and what evidence do you have? You do realize that the internet has only been available to the masses for about 20 years or so right? This allows a much greater flow of information than ever before, both positive and negative. Seems like people like yourself focus on the negative. There have anyways been whiners and complainers. The difference now is that they are broadcast all over the internet for everyone to see. This makes it feel like the sky is falling for some. I agree things have gotten a lot more comfortable for the average person around the world. I don't agree that there are more complainers than the past nor are people less satisfied with their lives.

You're wrong. I focus on the positive, that's why I'm happy with what I have and I feel thankful and grateful to the Universe for what I have. I work hard and enjoy life. I learn to eat healthy food, to exercise, to take care of myself. I try to stay away from whiners. They can pull you down and give you head aches.

Oh, maybe I should learn to stay away from or ignore all the whiners on here too. [Tongue in cheek]. I'll learn to be silent more to enjoy my peacefulness. That's the smart way, I guess.

I meant to say you are focusing on the negative actions of others rather than the positive. How on Earth can you say with any sort of certainty that people are bigger whiners today than at any other time in history? I'm aware of so called happiness studies but those are fairly recent. For example how would you come to the conclusion that people whine more today than say, 50 years ago? I haven't really noticed a difference.

This is Google. I'm sure it's similar to other such places (Facebook, etc.).

Full of social justice snowflakes with first world problems.

The good thing is, age discrimination is sometimes a good thing. At least if you are old, you know you won't get any chance in hell of working at those companies, which in this case is a very good thing.

So where is the credible sources that shows this is real? I guess that doesn't really matter any longer provided it fits your own agenda.
