Hey guys, I was wondering what I should do about the manager in my workplace.

Being the one in charge, I find it difficult to keep him focused and coherant to taking orders. I thought about putting him lower in the workforce so he can't control the factions and stop the income ever again.

Is this wise?

The manager is still the old one. The new one didn't come as the old one took the call to my residence.

I am very bad at business, but considering that I started this from the ground up and learn't from other people, I think I've done quite well.

How to deal with the Alpha Male: replace and put him lower down, preferably under a woman manager.

He would definitely learn a lot one way or another. I've worked for many women and have had mostly good experiences. I have worked for the Alpha female and no one learns from them..except to have sympathy for the SO.

Damm, I just remembered why a woman can't be a manager of my enterprise. She may get pregnant and when the time comes to go away to spit it out a replacement may not be avalible.

I've always believed in cross-training. It comes in handy if one employee is out sick for the day or takes a vacation, other employees can jump in and not stand around with arms folded not knowing what to do.
