Im going to school to become an EMT and would really like to do a couple ride alongs, does anybody have any pointers as to how I set up a ambulance ride along?

My brother was a volunteer EMT and became one (for a private co) for awhile.

Can you call up your fire department and ask them where you can volunteer (or just call the EMT organization directly).

Tell them you'd like to go along (if they allow it). Good luck.
