When you have plenty of dough - every place seems to be great to live.
I think, first I would make a long travel around the world, stay long enough in every place, then decide where I would like to live.
Or maybe not: maybe I will go second time around

I would get a place in Tokyo, Japan and one in Paris, France and maybe a little pad in Cape Cod, MA USA
I would stay in all of them, a little bit at a time.

Hmmm, good question.

I tell you what: you send me US$20 million and we will see where I settle after that. Hard to tell what I would do without actually having the money in hand.

Possibly Monaco and Switzerland for tax reasons. Otherwise Ireland or New Zealand I guess.
