I think you have a fundamental flaw in your analysis here in assuming either of these towns has the population/visitor base to support a 10K capacity nightclub on a regular basis. Who is your target demographic?

Young adults, students maybe. Those who like EDM (Electronic Dance Music) or those just going out.

Not even for the regular deadly people.
How exclusive could a Nightclub and a Fitness Gym be in Sweden. Can you be able to combine the two in Sweden, Sweden is the most creative nation, they might find a way.

Combine a nightclub and a gym? You have to be kidding?

Here are some pictures from Stureplan, Stockholm. Plenty of obnoxious poseurs

A very unique lifestyle in which to be accepted you must do things the Swedish way. Certain lifestyle choices are frowned upon while being sexually liberated is not.

If I did compare a place it would be Stockholm (Sweden) vs Calgary (Canada).

Relatively comparable in population.

Both are affluent.

Both have cool climates.

Both enjoy hockey and other winter sports.

But as far as culture and vibe they are completely different.

This is what I'm more interested in. Which has the most potential for my personal venture?
