Anyway, people in all countries do the "my country is the best in the world!" to a degree. "Best" is subjective, after all. Americans are just better at it, is all Norwegians, on the other hand, know Norway it's the world's best country, but they're too modest to say so and instead will listen to people extolling the virtues of their native country with great, if patronising, patience
