Brooklyn Bridge is more impressive than London's Tower Bridge imo, was kinda disappointing, expected it to be much bigger.

Since I am not a shopper, I would never rate the city's big stores as part of the top 10 attractions in any city.

I guess I prefer Tower Bridge more from an aesthetic point of view. I also like the bold colouring underneath it.

Brooklyn Bridge is impressive but Tower Bridge is prettier and has loads more character imo

I think The Statue of Liberty, rather than The Empire State Building, should be compared with Big Ben and The Eiffel Tower as they are the most iconic buildings in their respective cities.

Palace of Versailles is in Paris? Come on, that's stretching it.

BTW, I'd say:

1. Eiffel Tower - probably the most iconic attraction in the world

2. Statue of Liberty

3. Big Ben

Bagles aren't overrated. At least good real NY ones are. Should remember to always pick up a bagel when back home. And a pizza slice.

Champs Elysees should be compared to Fifth Avenue and Regent Street. These are the iconic shopping avenues for each city.

If you count subways as an 'attraction' ie. more interested in the experience of riding them rather than for their utility, then there's no way that NY's subway is on a par with Le Metro or the Tube. Sorry .... Not even remotely close
