Is there anyplace in the world where people laugh in a "different language", or does laughter sound the same everywhere in the world? Does every culture laugh?

Well since laughter doesn't involve words why should they? lol...or you mean in different cultures?

I would say the differences aren't really that big...variation seems more personal.

But small toddlers around the world laugh the same ...... before they pick up on their culture's laugh.

It's instinctive. Even chimpanzees laugh in a way similar to people.
