More like in the 2030s, which is more than 15 years from now, and that's assuming the world wouldn't suffer any crisis(be it political or economic, or both) within the next 15 years....and we all know that's impossible.

china doesn't have internet restrictions in some of it's major international cities such as hong kong, so city data might still be banned

well if I was the Chinese authorities
I would ban it because its a website where you can express your freedom of speech and criticize the Chinese government or where westerners can criticize it and reveal to you the truth about what china is really like
